Who operates your flight
TM Aviation Inc. does not operate charter flights. We introduce clients to qualified commercial air operators. Flights are operated by the operator named in your booking, which holds the required Transport Canada Air Operator Certificate and Canadian Transportation Agency licence and has operational control of the flight.
For charters arranged by TM Aviation USA LLC: TM Aviation USA LLC is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. It does not operate aircraft or hold operational control of any flight. Air transportation is provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier (for example a Part 135 operator) that has operational control of the flight. The carrier's name, TM Aviation USA's capacity (agent of the charterer, or other), and any liability insurance are disclosed in writing before a charter contract is signed.
