Who operates the flights

TM Aviation USA LLC is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. It does not operate aircraft or hold operational control of any flight. Air transportation is provided by a properly licensed direct air carrier (for example a Part 135 operator) that has operational control of the flight. The carrier's name, TM Aviation USA's capacity (agent of the charterer, or other), and any liability insurance are disclosed in writing before a charter contract is signed.

The program is built around MEDI-MAXX, a purpose-built aeromedical platform based on the Beechcraft 1900D, and can start from a comprehensively renewed aircraft through the EVAS 1900D NG program.
