Who we are.
This website is run by TM Aviation Inc. (Calgary, Alberta) and TM Aviation USA LLC (Sarasota, Florida). Questions about this policy go to tertiusmyburgh@tmaviationinc.com or (506) 688-4434.
What we collect, and only when you send it.
We collect personal information only when you choose to send one of the three kinds of form on this site: the inquiry form, the air race interest form and the Configure Your Aircraft builder. The questions below are shown as the forms label them.
The inquiry form is on the contact page and on the service, aircraft and project pages. Every version asks: “Your name”, “Email”, “Phone” (optional), “Company or organization” (optional), “What is this about?”, “Message”. Depending on what the inquiry is about, it also asks:
- An aircraft for sale (the form on each aircraft page, which fills in the aircraft and its listing reference): “Aircraft”, “Listing”, “I am interested in”, “I am”
- Buying an aircraft: “Where are you in the process?”, “Aircraft type or mission”, “Where will it be based?”
- Selling an aircraft: “You are”, “Manufacturer and model”, “Year”, “Total time”, “Where is the aircraft?”, “What are you looking for?”
- Charter: “Type of charter”, “From”, “To”, “Date”, “Return trip?”, “Passengers or cargo”
- International delivery: “Aircraft type”, “Where is the aircraft now?”, “Where does it need to go?”, “Timing”, “Route from the route tool”
- Management and consulting: “Aircraft type”, “Where is it based?”
- EVAS MEDI-MAXX or medical operations: “Operator or organization name”, “Your fleet and missions”, “Do you have a Beechcraft 1900D?”, “Your role”
- EVAS Cargo Maximizer: “Operator or organization name”, “Your fleet and cargo missions”, “Do you have a Beechcraft 1900D?”
- 2027 EVAS 1900D NG: “Operator or organization name”, “MEDI-MAXX or Cargo Maximizer?”
The air race interest form asks whether you are a pilot, a sponsor or an event partner, then: “Your name”, “Email”, “Phone” (optional). Depending on your answer, it also asks:
- A pilot: “Aircraft you would fly”, “Where you fly from”, “Do you have a navigator?”, “Message”
- A sponsor: “Company or organization”, “Message”
- An event partner: “Organization”, “How would you like to be involved?”, “Message”
The Configure Your Aircraft builder on the U.S. pages records your choices in its first three steps (“Choose your path”, “Choose your mission” and “Choose what to include”), then asks: “Your name”, “Email”, “Phone” (optional), “Company or organization” (optional), “Message”.
Each submission also carries a subject line built from your answers, a label for the kind of form, the language of the site (English) and whether you sent it from the Canadian or the U.S. pages. The forms contain a hidden spam-check box that people do not see. A submission with that box ticked is not delivered.
What we do not collect.
The route tool calculates distance and heading in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us unless you use it to start a quote request, in which case the route is added to the inquiry form.
The public pages of this site do not set cookies and do not keep anything in your browser's local or session storage. They carry no advertising or social media trackers.
Why we use it.
To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote you asked for, and, for the air race interest form, to keep you informed about the President's Trophy Air Race. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it.
When you send a form, your browser sends it to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form delivery service, which delivers it by email to tertiusmyburgh@tmaviationinc.com.
Our mailbox at tmaviationinc.com runs on Google Workspace, so the email is then held by Google.
The website at www.tmaviationinc.com is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., which, like any web host, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages to your browser.
The air race page carries one film that is hosted on YouTube, a Google service. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. From then on Google receives technical information such as your IP address and may store information in your browser, under its own privacy policy. The “Watch on YouTube” link opens youtube.com itself.
These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it.
Web3Forms keeps a copy of each submission for 30 days.
Inquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to reply to you and to keep a record of our business dealings. We have not set a fixed period for this. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to tertiusmyburgh@tmaviationinc.com. If you registered interest in the air race and no longer want updates, tell us and we will remove you.
Visitor statistics.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It records information such as the page viewed, the referring site, and your browser and device type, and it is provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
Changes.
If what the site collects changes, we update this page at the same time and change the date above.
