International Deliveries & Completed Projects

We have completed many international aircraft deliveries over the years, across different aircraft types and countries. Delivery can also be the final step of a transaction we manage, after inspection, closing and collection.

Completed projects

Aircraft shown as they were during each project, including other operators' liveries.

More projects are added as photographs from previous deliveries are catalogued.

What a delivery involves.

A foreign-registered aircraft needs approvals for each country it overflies and each country where it lands, and fuel has to be arranged along the way. This is the work, in the order it happens.

  1. Acceptance

We accept the aircraft on your behalf, where it is. In Hanoi, that meant accepting a Cessna Caravan for its new owner before the trip to Canada began.

  2. Approvals and permits

Regulatory approvals and permit coordination for the countries on the route, both overflight and landing.

  3. Route planning and fuel

Route planning and fuel logistics across every region the aircraft crosses.

  4. Customs, import and export

Customs requirements and import and export support.

  5. The flight

Operational support across multiple regions, with senior involvement from planning through execution.

  6. Handover

The aircraft is delivered to its owner. Where work is needed on arrival, we can coordinate it: on the Beechcraft 1900D from Johannesburg, that was an MT five-blade propeller upgrade.

Check a route.

Type two cities or airport codes. We show the great circle distance and initial heading, and draw the line. The route we actually fly is planned for your aircraft, and your quote follows from that plan.

Where does the aircraft need to go?

Name two cities or airport codes, for example Calgary to Sarasota.

The great circle is the shortest line between two points. It is not necessarily the route we will fly.

There is no price or ferry time here. We price each ferry job individually, based on the aircraft, routing, crew, permits, fuel, positioning, insurance and other requirements.

Distance and heading are computed in your browser from published airport coordinates. Nothing you type here is sent to us unless you request a quote.

How we prepare your quote.

We price each ferry job individually. The price depends on the aircraft, the routing, crew, permits, fuel, positioning, insurance and any other requirements the job has.

What to send us

The aircraft type, where it is now, where it needs to go, and your timing. That is enough for us to start. Anything you know about its paperwork and condition helps.
